Founded in 2016 by George Hammond in London, England, CRM Improvers provides CRM & ERP Technology Consulting Services. The company was established following George's extensive experience in working with commercial and technical professionals to improve customer and business processes in Utility, Telco, Media, Retail, and Finance sectors.

George has a degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Business Management & Marketing from Durham University. He started his career as a data analyst for Ipsos MORI and Sky TV, and subsequently moved into insight management roles at Royal Mail and Aviva. His expertise in using data and insight to drive business decision making exposed him to strategic and consultancy projects in marketing, sales and technology transformation environments. 

Experience in these environments allowed him to move into a career in consultancy and project management where he has played an important role in facilitating, managing and delivering large scale CRM & ERP Technology programmes (i.e. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) for companies such as LexisNexis, The Ramblers and Three Mobile. George’s career in CRM & ERP has allowed him to build a strong network of Offshore Technology Certified Contractors with Delivery Management, Business Analysis, Architect, Developer and Admin skills.
