Business Process Audit

As CRM & ERP Technology Contractors we start by doing an audit of your relevant front and back office IT systems to determine their health. This may involve staff interviews, questionnaire answering or discovery workshops. This then provides us with the detail we need to create to-be and as-is business processes so that we understand what we need to do to reach your CRM & ERP goals.

Solution Design

We move to the solution design phase to enable us to draw up CRM & ERP Technology internal and external architectures to connect relevant systems. This allows us to build a CRM & ERP Technology solution that meets requirements such as Digital (Website, Mobile or Marketing/Sales/Finance Tools), Commercial Reporting (Revenue Reporting) and Customer/Field Service (Call Agent or Resource Management).

Build & Test

Once we have the architectural designs ready, we can develop and build out CRM & ERP Technology cloud solutions. This could include Sales, Marketing, Service or Revenue cloud amongst others. The functionality of the solutions will be fully tested and defects will be corrected. Once the solution is in place, we will demonstrate it to Business Users for sign-off.

Integration & Migration

Alongside the delivery of CRM & ERP Technology cloud functionality, we will be building out and testing the integration connections between relevant digital, commercial and customer information systems. This then enables us to migrate data and check the flows of data across these systems.

Go-Live & Training

Once the CRM & ERP Technology cloud, integration and migration solutions are in place, we switch them on in a process called Go-Live. Business users will then be able to use the live version of the CRM & ERP system. Our CRM & ERP Technology Contractors will use a train the trainer approach to ensure all users can incorporate the CRM & ERP system into their day-to-day jobs.
